Margaret Delores Williams

Our precious Margaret Delores Williams was born on March 14, 1934, and she was united with our father in Heaven on December 23, 2020. Though our time on Earth with her is finished, we’re grateful for the gift of salvation and to be able to see her again.

Margaret was a loving mother of two, grandmother of six, and great grandmother of 12. She was born in Des Moines, Iowa and a native of Denham Springs, Louisiana. Margaret practiced as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a nurturer by heart. She loved and cared for everyone to no end. There was not a time of need that she was not there. Margaret made an impact on all that crossed her path. She loved Jesus and served him wholeheartedly. Margaret was beautiful, smart, loving, and brave.

Margaret was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Martin; her parents, Burclea Joseph Williams and Mary Jane Anderson; her sisters, Francis Davis, Mary Jane Donahue, and Ester Frasier; and her brothers, Joseph Williams, and Robert Williams. Margaret will be truly missed by her son, Stephen Hartzog; her grandchildren, Rebecca Mayer, Josh Hartzog, Joey Herron, Shannon Hartzog, Margaret Hartzog (Danielle), and Matthew Herron; and all 12 of her great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial for her at Immaculate Conception Church at 11:30 am, on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 and a graveside burial service following at Greenoaks Funeral Home for friends and family.
