Bradley Scott Baxter
October 10, 2001 ~ December 27, 2020
Bradley Scott Baxter, of Denham Springs, LA, passed away on December 27, 2020, at the young age of 19 years old. He is survived by his parents Steve and Carol Baxter; his grandmother Cheryl Dalton; his siblings Ashley and Joel D’Aubin, Lindsey and Timothy Lopez, and Wesley Baxter; and his niece Charlotte D’Aubin. Bradley was preceded in death by his grandparents Olen and Phyllis Baxter, and Calvin Dalton. Bradley was born on October 10, 2001. His family of four–two parents and two daughters–was thrilled to welcome a baby boy into their world. He was born in Kansas City, MO, which always remained one of his favorite places. From a young age, Bradley was both sweet and spirited. Digging in mud, playing with cars, throwing balls, riding dirt bikes–he was all-boy, as mom always said. When Bradley was 5 years old, his family moved to Louisiana, where he began elementary school, went on to middle school and later attended Denham Springs High School. After graduation, he attended LSU in the fall of 2020 as a Construction Management major. Bradley loved the Lord and accepted Him as his Savior on December 2, 2007, and was baptized on October 23, 2011. Those who knew and loved Brad called him hard working, motivated, sweet, kind, friendly, generous, dedicated and loving. Some of his favorite moments were spent on the dirt bike trails, working on his red sports car, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and spending time with his family. Bradley was a light in any room he entered and a joy to be around. He will be dearly missed. The visitation is Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at The Chapel in the Oaks, and the memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. The family respectfully requests that any donations be made to the “Bradley Baxter Memorial Fund” on GoFundMe.
