John Edward Lacassin, Jr.; most beloved, one of a kind, and truly unforgettable dad, pawpaw, brother, son, uncle, and friend; passed away in his Savior’s Loving Arms on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 in his home at the age of 60. He was a long-time resident of Denham Springs. He had such a likeable spirit and outgoing personality that loved people, enjoyed having a good time and lived life to the fullest. He worked many years at Syngenta and retired as an Operator. He is survived by his 2 children, Darius Lacassin, Desirae, and husband Randall; 3 grandchildren, Arabella, Elijah and Alaya; 1 brother, Richard Lacassin; 2 stepsisters Pamela and Sheila. He is reunited with his parents Deanna Goudeau, John Lacassin, and stepmother Aileen; and 1 brother, Dewey Lacassin. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. The Memorial Service will be Saturday, March 6, at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m.-10 a.m. then Service to start at 10 a.m. It will be officiated by Pastor Larry Richard. I love you so much Dad and you are so dearly missed!!! You have always referred to me as “Your Angel” on this earth. You are now our Guardian Angel from heaven watching over us. Your grandbabies love and miss you so! You will never be forgotten and we will meet again in Heaven. 💕
