Patricia was a longtime friend and school mate. We often slept over at each other’s house and always were friends, inseparable She moved to Baton Rouge, married had a family and we did not keep in close touch. I am very saddened to hear of Patricia passing, and will forever remember my best friend Botsie. You will always be remembered and I will always keep you in my prayers.

That brings back pleasant memories for me. We grew up calling Pat, “Bootsie”, but she eventually banned us (her brothers) from calling her that. It took me a long time to stop calling her Bootsie. Thanks, for the memory.

My “big sister” can finally rest in peace. She was always there for me when I needed her. She had a very kind heart. And, her two sons, Greg and Nick, and her granddaughter, Kaley were the world to her. I will remember the good times growing up in Breaux Bridge. And, I will also remember and cherish the time I spent close to her, Jay, Greg and Nick in Baton Rouge, practically living at their house for many, many years. I am surprised I did not wear out my welcome, but I always felt welcomed. Pat will always be in my heart and in my thoughts. Anyone that knew Pat, knows that she struggled with her personal issues, especially in the last few years, but I think she was finally at peace with herself towards the end. Love always! RIP
