Patricia Ann Blanchard Duhon, 72, of Pointe Coupee Parish passed away Wednesday March 24, 2021 at Clarity Hospice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Patricia attended Istrouma High School and graduated class of 1966 and married James Daniel Duhon on 4/22/1967.
Miss Pat, as she was well known, is survived by; daughter Danielle Duhon Kuhns and son in law Keith Alan Kuhns, son Jarrod Wade Duhon and daughter in law Molly LeFeaux Duhon, granchildren Jordan Kelly Duhon, Justin Daniel Duhon, Joseph Wade Duhon, K and Michael LeBourgeois, and great grandchildren River and Briar LeBourgeois, sisters Beverly Pourciau and children, Linda and John Gaudin and their children, Levi Paul Blanchard.
Patricia was preceded in death by husband James Daniel Duhon (1991), father Herman J. Blanchard, mother Mary Thelma Blanchard.
Miss Pat was a self employed beautician and business owner for more than 5 decades in Baton Rouge, she loved and cared for her family dearly, was well travelled and enjoyed gatherings with family and friends.
Her loving demeanor and compassion will be well remembered by those she left behind and her easy going manner made everyone in her life feel welcomed and loved.
We would like to thank all who offered thoughts, prayers and condolences and sent flowers or gifts. The outpouring of love and affection is greatly appreciated by the family.
To conclude, as she would say, “Love you my baby”.
Memorial mass will be held at St. Gerard Majella Church (5354 Plank Rd) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Monday 3/29/2021.
10am: Gathering with family and friends
11am: Memorial mass
A casual gathering will follow mass at the home of Jarrod and Molly Duhon.
