Alice A. Landry, passed away peacefully at her home on April 7, 2021 at the age of 80. She was a remarkable woman who will always be remembered as a wonderful, intelligent and fun loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was the matriarch of the family and a loving force in so many lives. Her passion was her family and fishing. She was born in Baton Rouge, LA and was a long time resident of Denham Springs. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Wayne P. Landry; her four children, Christine and husband, Jason Hill, Lenny and wife, Lisa Landry, Phil Landry, and Michella Love; sister, Debra Martin; as well as many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Clotilde Martin; sister, Johnnie Gail Martin-Gauthier. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Saturday, April 10, from 12 p.m. until service at 2 p.m. Officiated by Dr. Michael Gibney. I have been not known Alice for a few years. I am Wayne’s cousin, Don, partner. I loved Alice immediately. She was warm and loving and she made you feel as if you knew her forever. Don Wolf told me I’d love her. RIP Alice.
