A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend went to her eternal home on Thursday, June 3rd, 2021. She was 82 years old. Virginia was one of 13 kids. She loved spending time with family and taking care of animals. She leaves behind to cherish her memories two sons, Dudley Phillips Jr. and wife Bonnie; William Phillips; two stepsons, Lonnie Skinner and wife Deeann; Warren Skinner and wife Christy; 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of loving family members and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A gathering will be held at Seale Funeral Home, in Denham Springs on Tuesday June 8th 2021, from 3PM until Celebration of Life Service at 5pm. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Edna Bernice Phillips, and her parents, William and Lora Ladner. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cat Haven, 11130 N.
