April 26, 1945 – June 8, 2021
Julia Delaune Baham went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 8:20 pm, while surrounded by her loving family at home. Julia was 76 years old, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She loved her family well and was a faithful member of Istrouma Baptist Church where her heart was to serve others in all areas of church ministry. She was known for her joyful spirit and smile. She is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, James Baham; daughter, Jodie Baham Frey and son-in-law, David; son, Jeremy Baham and fiancé, Julie; grandchildren, Olivia Frey Hanson and husband Tysor, Ainsley Frey, Hayden Frey, Brienne Baham; and brother, Francis Delaune, and wife, Joann. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julia and Francis Delaune and brother Robert Delaune.
There will be a celebration of life/family visitation on Saturday from 10 AM-12 PM at Istrouma Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Love Out Loud Mission’s Fund at Istrouma Baptist Church.
