I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8

There are people we encounter, some of whom have a marked impact on our lives. Momma Loyce, of course along with Mr. Earl, Kerry, Kathy, and Renee, were such people for me, as well as for many others. So Kerry not only are you my oldest best friend, your entire family will always hold a special place to me. My deepest sympathies in your loss, and know that even in my physical absence today, you all remain constantly in my thoughts and prayers. May Philipians 4:7 become more real to each of you in every day that follows.
