Helen Henderson Howze

Helen Henderson Howze, a native of Holden, LA, and lifetime resident of Denham Springs, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2021, at the age of 95.  She was preceded in death by her husband and the love of her life Truett Howze; her parents and one sister.  Survived to cherish her memory are her two children James Truett Howze and wife Jan, and Richard Elmer Howze and Andy Plaisance.  She is also survived by her Grandson, Steven James Howze and wife Chrissy, and Great Grand Child Anna Gayle Howze.   Services will be held at the Howze Family Cemetery on Wednesday, June 16th at 10am.  The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the loving care provided by the staff and management of Fidelis White Road and Cardinal Hospice.  Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
