 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race” 2 Timothy 4:7. A loving sister, aunt and friend went to her eternal home on Sunday, June 27, 2021. She was 64 years old. Cynthia loved spending time with her family and friends. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving companion, Maggie; three brothers, Bubba and wife Bambi, John and wife Jeanie, Darrell and wife Tammy; nephews, Justin and wife Paiton, Todd Achord; nieces, Jessica McMorris, Julie Achord; great nephews, Tate, Austin, Brody Achord; great nieces, Faith and Avery Achord, Berkley Weathers; great great-nephew, Isaiah Achord and numerous aunts and uncles. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, on Saturday July 3, 2021 from 9am until Funeral Service at 11am, conducted by Rev. Stephen Hebert. Burial will follow in Live Oak United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pall bearers will be Bubba, Justin, Darrell, Todd, John Achord and Roger McMorris. Honorary pall bearers Wayne Milton “handy man”, Mark Lobell “right hand man”. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; father, Sidney L. Achord; mother, Mary Mayberry; step father, Joe Mayberry; nephew, Sidney L. Achord and great nephew, Dylan N. Achord. Arrangements under the direction of Seale Funeral Home.

    We are so so sorry about the loss of Cindy. We know she was loved by many and will be truly missed by all that knew her. She is now safe in the arms of Jesus and free from pain and suffering. Our prayers are with all of you.

    Cindy, I will always cherish our memories from work, trips, partying and just hanging out. We had fun. God be with your family and fly high.

    I am so sorry to hear of Cindy’s passing! I know she went through a lot and I know she has earned her place in Heaven! She was such a sweet person! Prayers going up for all of her loved ones!
