Ann Heard Nickroo

Ann Heard Nickroo, of Denham Springs, LA, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Ann worked for the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board for many years before retiring. She enjoyed reading and singing. Ann was a faithful supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Foundation. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Shahram “Sam” Nickroo; son and daughter-in-law, Amir Blake and Tiffany Nickroo; grandchildren, Blake, Naya, and Malia Nickroo; brothers, George H. Heard and Earl B. Heard. She was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Nickroo; and parents, Leo H. and Margie Ruth Crump Heard. There will be a graveside service held Wednesday, September 1, at 11 a.m. at Resthaven Garden of Memory, Baton Rouge, LA. Please share your condolences at .
