Mary Louise Padgett

August 28, 1933 – October 12, 2021

Mary Louise Padgett of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the age of 88 years old. Mary took pride in being called MawMaw. Not only by her granddaughter and great grandson but also by so many bonus grandchildren she had the pleasure of keeping throughout the years. Mary is survived by her daughter Melissa Padgett, granddaughter Courtnie Morden and Hunter, great grandson Madden Brown and nieces and nephews whom all had a special place in her heart. She is preceded in death by her husband Henry David Padgett, son David Wayne Padgett, parents Ed and Ethel Sides, siblings Oscar Sides, Homer Sides, Robert Sides, JW Sides, Francis Smith, Wilma Meeks, Catherine Hydrick and Margaret Ann Sides. Visitation will be held at Zoar Baptist Church I on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Saturday, October 16, 2021, 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM with service immediately following.
