Patrick passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Northoaks Medical Center in Hammond at the age of 32. He loved playing his guitar and loved his dog Rudy.

In loving memory of Patrick John Gum,, may we cherish life more than ever, may we celebrate Patrick’s great nature fun spirit, love of music…I remember him learning the keyboard and how to record…and share the loving stories…funny and not so funny, he didn’t judge anyone, freedom spirited for sure. Love you so very much, so did our clients…..
