Roger Dale Holder, 75, of Walker, LA, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022. Roger worked for 40+ years with CN Railroad before retiring. Visitation will be held at Christ Community Church Thursday, January 13, from 5 p.m to 8 p.m. and will resume Friday, January 14, from 1 p.m. until service at 3 p.m. Burial will follow at Gateway Gardens Cemetery, Livingston, LA. Roger is survived by his wife, Teresa Holder; sons and their spouses, Michael and Cherae Slater, Jeffrey Holder, and Justin and Lindsey Holder; daughter, Amanda Dyess; 5 grandchildren, Josuah Manuel, Ian Slater, Ally Holder, Silas Slater, and Elizabeth Dyess; 2 great-grandchildren, Kinlee Manuel and Augustus Slater; 2 brothers, Danny and Billy Holder; a brother-in-law, Kenny Ham; a host of nieces and nephews and extended family.
