Gloria Elizabeth Brown Carroll

October 25, 1939 – February 12, 2022
Gloria Elizabeth Brown Carroll, 82 years old, a resident of Watson, Louisiana, passed away on February 12, 2022. Gloria is preceded in death by her husband Donald Wesley Carroll, and her
parents Robert “Bob” Reed Brown and Lilly Marie Graves Brown. She is survived by one brother, Gerald Odom Brown, and three children: Donise Carroll Boscareno (husband Nick), Darron Dean
Carroll, and Darla Carroll Beall (husband Lance). Gloria is also survived by thirteen grandchildren: Shauntel, Nicole, Carley, Drew, Rachel, Dominick, Damon, Deaven, Danette, Darrion, Garrett,
Wesley, and Jesse, and eight great – granchildren as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Gloria graduated from Live Oak High School then helped run a family owned business, Watson Auto Parts and Hardware, for over 47 years in the Watson community. She enjoyed
traveling, camping, playing pokeno and spending time with family and friends. After her husband Mr. Donald passed away in October of 2006, she started a widow’s support group called “Women
Moving On”. They would meet frequently at various restaurants, and they took many trips together.
She was a lifelong member of Live Oak United Methodist Church, and she loved Jesus with all of her heart. She has now left to join him in the heavenly realms , and we will see her one day soon
.Visitation will be held at Live Oak United Methodist Church on February 16, 2022, from 8:30am – 12:30pm, with her Celebration of Life Service starting at 12:30pm, officiated by Pastor Stephen
Hebert. Internment will follow in the Church cemetary. Pallbearers will be Drew Guillory, Damon Carroll, Deaven Carroll, Darrion Carroll, Garrett Beall, Wesley Beall and Jesse Beall. Honorary
Pallbearer will be Gerald Brown. The family would like to offer special thanks to cargivers, Brandy Winborne and Rebecca Wisner. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Sallie Astor
