David Paul Marshall

November 10, 1946 ~ March 5, 2022

David Paul Marshall went to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the age of 75, at his home and surrounded by family. He retired in 2011 following a long and successful career in outside sales. His true loves were his family and friends, woodworking and golf, serving in his church, an LSU sports. He was a charter member of Watson Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and loved to sing in the choir. David was a kind and gentle husband, father, grandfather and friend and was respected and loved by so many. Survived by his wife, Virginia; two daughters, Kristie Runnels (John), and Amy Zganjar (Chris); grandchildren, Ian Runnels (Isela), Haley Runnels, Mia Zganjar, and Owen Zganjar. Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Jeanette Marshall; second parents, Mary Allen and Golden Swick; and sister, Mary Kathryn Max. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Tuesday, March 8, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with graveside service immediately following in Evergreen Memorial Park.
