William D. Cazes, Sr.

August 7, 1938 – March 7, 2022

William D. Cazes, Sr. passed away Monday, March 7, 2022 at his home in Denham Springs at the age of 83. He was a native of Hohen Solms, LA. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM until religious services at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Killian Chapel Cemetery in Montpelier. He is survived by his daughter Jeantile Deville and husband Buddy; sons, William D. Cazes, Jr. and wife Kim, Emmit L. Cazes, Sr and wife Julie and Ralph Anthony Cazes and wife Heather; 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Bernadette Venable Cazes; parents, Jewel Ralph Cazes and Lucille Gravois LeBouf; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Pallbearers will be Blake Cazes, Emmit Cazes, Jr., Seth Deville, Brayden Vines, Kevin Lee and Ross Lee. He loved playing his harmonicas and guitar. Please sign our online registry book.
