Cheryl Winstead Purvis

August 17, 1956 ~ March 8, 2022

Cheryl Winstead Purvis, 65, of Livingston, LA, died Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at her home. She was a wonderful, loving wife to Pat Purvis. On July 1, 2022, they would have celebrated 49 years of marriage. Cheryl was a devoted mother and grandmother. Family was her biggest joy.

She is survived by her husband, Pat Purvis; daughters, Crystal Shepherd (Corry) and Sterling Tello (Tim) of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Alec (Sasha), Blaise, Maximus, Rodion, Savina, Lane, Luke; mother, Odessa R. Winstead; sister, Susan W. Robichaux (Roby); and brothers, Durwood Winstead, (Debbie), Bobby Winstead, (Stacey),  and Randy.

Cheryl is proceeded in death by her father, Robert (Bob) Winstead and niece, Brandi Griffin.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge in her honor.
