Deborah Bradford Celestin

Deborah Celestin, 67, of Central, Louisiana, passed on May 30, 2022 with her husband of 33 years by her side. Deb was born on November 10, 1954 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to parents Omar and Frances Janet Bradford. Although she spent the majority of her life living in Louisiana, Deb always considered “the Mountain” to be her true home. A graduate of Glen Oaks High School (Class of 1973), Deb went on to have various occupations. All of which displayed her artistic flare and talents. She was a graduate of the National Beauty College (Class of 1974) and she used those skills for many years. She also attended Baton Rouge Vo-tech where she completed a class on Floral Design in 1973. In 1990, she graduated the Valedictorian of her class from Commercial College of Baton Rouge where she studied to become an Accounting Clerk. Later in life, Deb was the proud owner of Billeanne’s Flowers and Gifts for 12 years. Deb is survived by her husband, Charles Michael Celestin; her daughter, Shellene Moseley; Her mother, Frances Janet Farmer; Two sisters, Charlene (Gary) Harris and Sherry (Danny) Nola; and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Deb was preceeded in death by her father Omar Bradford. There will be a Celebration of Life on June 11th 2022 from 11am – 1pm (8180 Droze Rd 70739). Followed by a graveside service on June 25th 2022 at Hawkins Cemetery (665 Memorial Dr, Rising Fawn, Georgia 30738) Time TBD.
