John E. Johnston

John E. Johnston, of Livingston, Louisiana, passed away in Baton Rouge on Monday June 6, 2022, at the age of 78. He was born on January 30, 1944 in West Monroe, Louisiana, the son of the late Ernest and Josephine Johnston.

John was a proud member of the NRA, and loving father, grandfather, and brother.

John is survived by his daughters Hilary Bertard (Kerry), and Sondra Gill, sons Johnny Johnston, Jr. (Tammy Stephens), and Steve Johnston (Tammy), brother Frank Johnston, grandchildren Shawn Bertrand, Emmaleigh Bertrand, Justin Bertrand, Randi Johnston Rachel Johnston, Derek Johnston (Ashley), Andrew Johnston, and Jeremy Gill (Chelsi), great-grandchildren Bennett Gill and Elliot Gill, and step grandchildren Hannah Skelton, Dylan Skelton, Braeden Skelton, Madalyn Parker, and Hannah Parker.

John is preceded in death by his loving wife Bobbie Jean Johnston, his parents Ernest Johnston and Josephine Johnston, brother Cliff Johnston, and sister-in-law Linda Johnston.
