Emma Garza Espinoza

“Emma Garza Espinoza a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend was called home to be with the lord on August 07, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Emma has received her wings and went to walk with the angels at the age of 53. She is preceded in death by her former husband Rene Espinoza, mother Delma M. Villarreal, father, Manuel Garza, sister Lillie G. Valle, and brother Martin De Jesus Garza
Emma was born in San Antonio, Texas, she loved her two children Amadi and Shimmery very much. She was so proud when she became a grandmother at the age of 51. She had a passion for cooking and she loved to cook and she always displayed her delicious looking dishes online. Some of Emma’s hobbies were to go fishing, she could be found out late with her fishing pole waiting for the next big fish to hit her line. Another of Emma’s hobbies was to visit the L’auberge Baton Rouge Casino and play the slots machines, she loved the sounds they made when she hit a jackpot. It is through those memories that she will forever be with us. She will always be in our hearts and dearly missed.
Emma is survived by her two children Son Amadi Espinoza (Elizabeth Gutierrez) and daughter Shimmery Krsna Espinoza, her grandson, Amadeus Christian Rene Espinoza, her brother Manuel Garza, sisters, Natalia Garza Fernandez, and Irene Roberta Garza, nephews and nieces, and long time partner Calvin Baker.
A private service will be held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on August 27, 2022. It will be followed by a private service in San Antonio, TX on September 17th, 2022.
