A resident of Albany, LA passed away on August 15, 2022 at the home of his best friend Cherrie Wagner.

He was born on April 12, 1942 in Albany, LA and was eighty years old.

He is survived by his best friend Cherrie Wagner, two brothers Owen and Bruce Neal, three stepchildren, Charlotte Ann Prim, Alton Gordon Ray and Clarence Jimmy Davis and ex-wife Billie Neal Galloway and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a life long Carpenter and a guitar player.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo John Neal, Sr. and Lillian Neal and brother Climpston Mauroner.

Special thanks to Heart of Hospice, chaplain, nurses Carley and Mrs. Pam and Mrs. Betsy who showered him with such good care and love and whom he adored.
