Jonathan Emile Roux

June 9, 1960 ~ August 17, 2022

Jonathan Emile Roux, age 62, born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After Kartrina, moved to Walker, Louisiana in August of 2005. Jonathan Roux,  Licensed Electrician, and owner of Allied Electric, LLC, gained his wings on August 17th, 2022.

Jonathan was born on June 9, 1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana. His mother was the late Dorothy Henrietta Roux, and his father was the late Ned Joseph Roux, Sr.

Jonathan graduated from Lutheran High, in New Orleans, LA. Next he attended Delgado Community College in New Orleans, Louisiana. Later, obtained his Electrical License and was  self employed, as an  Residential and Commercial Electrician for his company, Allied Electric, LLC.

Jonathan is survived by his wife, Happye Dyer-Roux; his children, Hannah Aline Roux, Jeremy Joseph Roux, Faith Louise Roux, and Grace Anne Roux. He is also survived by his sister, Stella Louise Boteler, and Brother in Law, Walter Boteler, as well as his brother Ned Joseph, Jr. and his sister in Law, Peggy Roux.

Jonathan adored his family, and was a terrific father and husband who had knowledge about almost anything. His family cherishes the memories, laughter, and tremendous knowledge they received from him. To Jonathan, his family was his world. He and his wife, Happye, would have had  their 25th Anniversary on November 22,2022.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs beginning at 5:00pm. Memorial services will be at 6:00pm.
