August 20, 1955 ~ August 25, 2022
Patsy Ann Wilson was born August 20,1955 in Magnolia, MS to Wm. Princeton Wilson and Margie Nell Wilson. She left this earth surrounded by loved ones to receive her heavenly reward on August 25,2022 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She attended Amite School System and Southwest Community College and was retired from the Mississippi Development Authority.
Patsy was a lover of people, especially her family. She was known as a good and generous friend and caretaker of others. Patsy was active in the school system and church activities as she raised her children as a stay at home mom. She loved nothing more than seeing her adult children happy and playing with and caring for her grandchildren. Patsy was a member of Gillsburg Baptist Church, a long time believer in Jesus Christ however, her faith exploded as her trials increased. Most things she read, watched and talked about pointed to the cross.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wm Princeton Wilson and Magie Nell Williams Wilson. She leaves behind three children Dewayne (Tiffany) Weaver,Laurie (James) Johnson Melissa (Jamie) Bonds. Four grandchildren who she adored Paige Johnson, Jason and Destany Weaver and JB Bonds. Three sisters Lawanda (Tommy) Smith, Janell W. (Ronald) Harvey and Tracey Cameron and a plethora of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Patsy’s life will be celebrated at Gillsburg Baptist Church on Sunday September 4,2022. A visitation will be held at 2:00pm with a service led by Bro. Victor Walsh to follow at 3:00pm
In Lieu of Flowers please make donations to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Memphis Tennessee. A special thanks to the amazing staff at Clarity Hospice in Baton Rouge for the love and care given to our mother, grandmother and sister. Please sign the online guestbook at www.sealefuneral.com
