I loved having Mr. Neil and Mrs. Cecile as my neighbors. Mr. Neil took great care of their home and could be found sitting outside enjoying his slice of paradise on pretty days. He was a Godly man, it was evident when you spoke to him he had a close relationship with his creator. I’m thankful I was lucky enough to know him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Cecile and their family.

I was very saddened to hear the news of Mr. Neil’s passing. I think the first thing I remembered was that each time I saw him or had him cut my hair he always had a smile on his face, a welcoming handshake, and a laugh that said he enjoyed life. Oh and he did a pretty good job with the haircut too. Although it has been awhile since I have seen him I have fond memories of the times I visited him and Ms. Cecile.
Ms. Cecile, Scott, Nick, Pam, and Pat, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family at this time. Rest in peace Mr. Neil.
