Louella Mae Stanton, born Monday June 18, 1951,  Died Friday November 4, 2022  born to Reginald Nelson and Barbara May Clark Nelson in Rochester, New York. She was a great wife, mother, grandma and great grandma. She was a resident of Albany, Louisiana. She leaves behind 7 grandkids and their spouses and their children: Jessica Gifford, & great grandchildren Elizabeth & Abbagail McCarroll (of Albany), Jeffery and great grandchild, Jaspen Barnwell (of Eunice), Samantha & (and her husband) Zachery Moody (of Limon) & great grandchildren Shelbie Reed (of Eunice),  Robert Barnwell & Tiffani Brasseaux (of Eunice.)  Chyanne Slaughter (of Eunice)&  great grandchildren Landon, Emily, Jasper Houle (of Eunice). Tracy (Buddy) Slaughter Jr and his wife Erin Slaughter and great grandchildren Rileigh Corkren, Karis and Daylin Kelley, Cail Hodges and Mason Slaughter (of Livingston) Stacy Slaughter (of Albany) Braxton and Ryder Olinde (of Walker).   She’s proceeded in death with husband Richard Stanton sr, Daughters Shellie & Kimberly Stanton, son in law Tracy Slaughter Sr, granddaughter Kristen Ann Slaughter, Great Granddaughter Kristen Nichole Christy. She’ll forever be our Butterfly!
