September 18, 1950 ~ January 27, 2023

Hezzie V. Noble, age 72, left this earthly world to be with Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, January 27, 2023, at her daughter’s residence in Vancleave, Mississippi. Visitation will be Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Louisiana, at 10:00 a.m. until religious services at 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow services at Beechridge Cemetary in Denham Springs, LA. Hezzie was a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a longtime resident of Denham Springs, LA until recently. No one came across Mama’s path without earning a nickname. She loved each person with reservation but wholeheartedly. If you received a nickname, you were part of her family and a definite listener to her many, many jokes, puns, and quips. She is survived by her two children, her daughter Alida “D.D.” Brown Ford and her son Jesse “J.” Gene Brown Jr., both residing in Mississippi; four grandchildren, Christopher “Kitch” Joseph Brown, Amon “Amon Amon” Joseph Brown, Lindsey “Wenz” Elise Brown, and Jaci “Bug” Lee Brown; two sisters, Nancy “Nance” Fooshee and Judi “Jutz” Wyatt and husband Timothy “Chico” Wyatt, all of Walker, LA; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hezzie “Sam” and Leola Vallotton; husband of 23 years, Jesse Brown, Sr.; two brothers, Richard “Dickie” Vallotton of Kentucky and William “Bill or Bud” Vallotton of Denham Springs, LA; one sister, Audrey “Maude” Sheldon of Walker, LA. Pallbearers will be Timothy “Chico” Wyatt, Wayne Cupit, Jason Warde, Daniel Brown, Doug Vallotton, and Kyle Thorton.
