Joseph Montgomery Bennett

Joseph Montgomery Bennett was born Feb. 27, 1948. He died 11 days before his birthday. Joe was married to Eunice Mae Broxson-Bennett, the love of his life. Joe loved his family very much and all he wanted to do was spend time the them. He is survived by his wife, Eunice Mae Broxson-Bennett; children, Ramona Howze (Danny), Rhonda Smith, and Carolyn Broxson; grandchildren, Richard and Whitney Howze, Jason Norris, Christy and Curtis Bonds, and Arlene Horne (Mark); 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Melvin Gary Bennett (Tammy), Vicki Goff (Jerome), Hilda Herrod, Thelma Elaine Cavalier (Anatole), and Martha Arnold; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hulion “Jake” Bennett and Lillian Perkins Bennett; siblings, Zelma Susie McMullan, Merle Jean Robards, William “Bill-Bo” Bennett; and brother-in-law, Glenn Herrod. Visitation will be held Monday, February 20, at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston, from 10 a.m. until service at 12 p.m., officiated by Rev. Keith Payne. Burial will follow at Stafford Cemetery, Holden, LA. Pallbearers will be Richard Howze, Kaston Collins, Dylan Armstrong,Cojack Bennett, Shane Stuart, Kaden Armstrong, Curtis Bonds, Jason Norris, and Chris Cavalier. Please share your condolences at .
