Bobby Ray Glass

Bobby Ray Glass, 79, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, died on March 6. 2023 at Ochsner Medical Center after battling cancer. Bobby was born August 9, 1943 in Covington, LA. to the late Louis H. Glass and Myrtle S. McClain. He was a graduate of Delgado Community College. He served in the U.S. Navy for three years. Bobby retired from Louisiana DOTD, after 25 years of service. He enjoyed playing pool, woodworking and motorcycles. He is survived by his brother, Austin H. Glass of Ponchatoula and his only child, Boni Rae Glass of Westwego; three step daughters, nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Gathering will be held at the VFW Post 7017, 113 Centerville St. NW, in Denham Springs on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 10 am until 12pm. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ima Jean Glass Lemons, Everette Rayford “Jimmy” Glass, and Ernestine Glass Sharp. Condolences may be offered at
