Debra Webb Jones

Our sweet Mama, Debra Webb Jones went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2023. She was very loved and will be missed by so many. She is survived by her children, daughter Christa Cormier Kendrick and her husband Jamie, her son Paul Cormier Jr. and his wife Ashleigh, her daughter Cherry Cormier Lee and her husband Tim, her step-son Chris Jones, and stepdaughter Amy Jones Rogers and her husband Mark. Her grandkids Brooke Clary, Bailey Clary Fralick and her husband John, Blair Clary, Lia Cormier, Zoe Cormier, Caleb Lee, Lawson Lee and his wife Kailee, Savannah Lee, Tate Lee, Nicolas Jones, Ava Jones, Amelia Jones, Max Rogers, and Chloe Rogers. Her great-grandkids Arya Coulton, Beckam Evans, & Jett Fralick (whom she named). Her sister Donna Smith and her husband David and her brother Sid Webb Jr. Everyone who knew her would agree the two words that best describe her are passionate and compassionate, both in equal measure. We witnessed her passion through her steadfast commitment to her Savior and raising her kids to follow the Lord. She loved the book Hinds’ Feet on High Places only second to her Bible. The Lord gave her the gift of writing and we hope to compile her journals into a book for our family. Going to the beach was as close to heaven on earth as she could get, and we could always find her watching The Golden Girls, as she knew every episode. Her compassion ran deep. She fulfilled the scripture “Honor your father and mother,” as she meticulously took care of her mom at home for 2 years 8 months and 6 days while she was in a coma. She always said caring for her mom was the greatest blessing the Lord allowed her to experience. She is the epitome of Galatians 6:2 “Carry one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Anyone would tell you she would come running to help in tough times, weep with those who were hurting, and would give generously to anyone in need. At Debbie’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held. She asked that we spread her ashes in the ocean, her favorite place. We are comforted knowing she is before the throne of God together with her parents. We thank the Lord we get to see her again one day when we get to heaven. It’s not goodbye but see you later….
