Keith Alan Mayers, 65, of Denham Springs, LA, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Monday, March 20, 2023. Keith had a compassionate heart and always looked for ways to help those in need, including caring for children in less fortunate circumstances. He was a member of Watson Baptist Church and served in several areas, including as a Deacon, Treasurer, and on the Finance Committee. He also loved to be around his family and would plan “whole family vacations” so that he could be with them any chance he had. Keith was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Robin Bergeron Mayers; children and their spouses, Jacob and Dagmar Mayers, Jared and Natalie Mayers, and Sarah and Logan Smith; grandchildren, Grant, Claire, Vince, Dusti, Tripp, and Shay Mayers; mother, Leila Mayers; and siblings, Kathy Matheson, Peggy Hall, Connie Gerstein, and Lea Roppolo. He was preceded in death by his father, Feltus Mayers. Visitation will be held at Watson Baptist Church, 35831 Cane Market Road, Denham Springs, on Friday, March 24, from 10 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. A special thank you to Dr. Christopher Thomas and his staff for the care that was given, allowing us as much time with him as possible. Please share your condolences at www.sealefuneral.com.

Robin, I am so sorry that we cannot be with you to celebrate Keith’s life as you lay him to rest. It was such a blessing having you as neighbors and friends as we began our families so many years ago. Keith’s kindness, generosity and sense of humor will never be forgotten. His great love for you and his family was undeniable. I pray the wonderful memories you made together will give you strength and peace in the days ahead. May you feel Gods love and amazing grace covering you, and may Keith rest in eternal peace.

Robin, Sarah, and family I am sorry for your loss. This is a tough one for so many because Keith was one of those guys you could talk to about anything and was always there for anything I ever needed. You will be missed for sure! I worked with Keith from Day 1 doing piping design and learned so much.. Your family will be in our prayers.
