Margaret Acosta-Engels

Margaret Acosta-Engels born in Lake Charles and a resident of Denham Springs passed away May 9, 2023 at the age of 80. She loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter Jeannie Bosarge and husband Kell, her grandchildren Jonathan Mauterer, Jamie Mauterer, Brian Bosarge, Blake Bosarge, Great- grandchildren Jaynicole Mauterer, Cayden Mauterer, Anthony Serrato, Marisa Bosarge, Aiden Bosarge, Sadie McManus, Blakelynn Bosarge, and Gage Richard, as well as her “A#1 adopted daughter” Kathy Matherne, and her children Christian, Garrett, Samuel and Zachary. She is preceded in death by her husband Ted Engels and her parents and sisters. Visitation will take place Friday May 12, 2023 at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs from 2:30-4:30 PM with memorial service at 4:30 PM.
