Violet Elaine Caruso a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. She was 77 years old. A true southern lady, she was passionate and proud of her family. Most dearly, she loved her deceased husband and soulmate, Bubbie. Elaine and Bubbie spent 55 loving years together and are now at their eternal home together. Elaine loved spending time with her family, especially events with her children and grandchildren.
She leaves behind many memories to be cherished by all who knew her. Elaine is survived by two sons, Vince Caruso (Natalie); Steve Caruso (Bridgette); four grandchildren, Amelia Chandler (Brennan), Nick Caruso, Carson Caruso, Preston Caruso; two great-grandchildren, Brecken and Jase Chandler; sister, Dorothy Ginn (James) and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 2 pm until 4 pm. Entombment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Mausoleum. She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister and a brother.
