Wilma Jennings Vicknair

April 20,1943 ~ June 13, 2023

She was born in Baywood, LA and passed away at Hospice Butterfly Wing in Baton Rouge, LA. She was a resident of Denham Springs.

She was a loving caring person who never met a stranger. She had the faith of a mustard seed and loved her lord Jesus very much.

She is survived by her sons Ronald and Lisa Vicknair of D.S., Jimmy and Felicee Vicknair of Crowley, her daughter Frances and Mark Smith of Denham Springs, a daughter-in-law Thelma Vicknair of Colyell, LA. She had 16 grandkids, 30 great-grandkids, 2 great-great-great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband, James Vicknair, Sr., parents Edgar and Amy Jennings, six brothers, two sons, Vernon and Mark Vicknair, and granddaughter Natalie Vicknair and great grandchild JaCorin.

Visitation will be on Thursday 5-9 PM and Friday 10-1 with graveside services to follow in Evergreen Memorial Park. Services to be conducted by Pastor Kevin Malcomb.

Pallbearers are Mark Smith, Jason Lockhart, Chris Vicknair, Christopher Vicknair, Frank Vicknair, and Jeremy Vicknair. Honorary pallbearers are Charles McCarney Jr. and Floyd Feske. Please sign the online guestbook at .
