Travis Madison Wilson

August 29, 1937- June 16, 2023

Travis Madison (Bud) Wilson, 85, of Central passed away Friday, June 16, 2023 after complications from hip replacement. Born in Quinton, Oklahoma, grew up in Kilgore, Texas, and served in the Army. In 2004 retired from Nichols Construction after 40 years. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pam Badeaux Wilson, his daughter Jennifer Lei (Jenni) Wilson, brothers-in-law, Billy and Richard Badeaux and families, and numerous nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by parents, Travis and Lorene Wilson, sister Jean Humphrey (Buddy), twin brother Bill Wilson (Randa) and sons Joseph Dewight Wilson and Jeffrey Travis Wilson. Services will be held at Blackwater United Methodist Church on Thursday, June 22, 2023. Visitation from 10-11, the Celebration of Life at 11, and a reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall at the church. Please sign the online guestbook at
