Shelley Leffel Melancon

November 27, 1980- July 1, 2023

 

Shelley Leffel Melancon.  Beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend went to her eternal home on Saturday July 1, 2023.  She was 42 years old. 

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

 Shelley is survived by her children Kaleb and Emma Melancon, parents Rick and Lisa Leffel,  2 sisters Danielle Leffel (Gary) and Shanna L Patterson (Wade) 3 nieces, Alexis Hay, Victoria Marshall, Gabrielle Marshall and 1 nephew, Aidan Patterson. Several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Shelley is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Gordon and Agnes Leffel, maternal grandparents Leatrice and Asa Adams, Francis and Marsha Bickham.

Shelley had a heart of gold and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

 A gathering to celebrate Shelley’s life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Leffel residence from 12pm to 4pm. Please inquire via FB private message for address.
