Mary Ellyn Gilbert

Mary Ellyn Gilbert, age 32, a resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday August 6, 2023. Mary was born on March 26, 1991 in Baton Rouge, La. She graduated from Denham Springs High School in 2009. She was an integral part of the community as a Starbucks Partner of 10 rewarding years. Chances are, if you are a Starbucks customer, your life has been touched by Mary in some way and we are so lucky for that. She is preceded in death by her mother – Tyann Elizabeth Gilbert. She leaves behind her father, Charles Gilbert, her brother John and sister Jessica. She was the proudest Mimi to her niece, Grace, and nephew, Bryce. Visitation will take place at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Monday August 14, 2023 from 5 PM -7 PM with a memorial service starting at 7 PM. Please share your condolences at
