Shirley Marie Bula Keel went to her eternal home on Monday, August 14, 2023, at the age of 85, she was born in Scott County Mississippi on November 28, 1937. She is also survived by her sister, Mary E. Holman and two nieces, Allyson Wooley and Amy Donahue. Shirley worked for many years for the state of Louisiana Dept. Of Disability Determinations, but she always her greatest joy was being home with the grandkids. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Millard O. Bula and Mary Francis Lum Bula, of Vicksburg; her father in law, Homer C. Keel; her mother in law, Sue E. Denlinger Keel, originally of Cincinnati, Ohio. Her husband of nearly 52 years, Homer A. Keel and her brother in law, Winston E. Homan. She is survived by her children Jennifer Lynn Keel and Brennan C. Keel, three grandchildren, Ashlea M. Rayburn and her fiancé Bryan “Bobo” Hastings, Molly Piediscalzo and her husband Chase, Lane B. Keel, three great grandchildren, Andrew and Luke Rayburn, and Stephen James Piediscalzo. A graveside Servicewill be held in Vicksburg, Miss at a latter date. Condolences may be offered at
