Joseph Michael Hamilton, 35, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend entered eternal rest on Monday, November 6, 2023. He was born in Greenfield, Indiana in 1988. Joe grew up in Winchester, Indiana before moving to Denham Springs, Louisiana in 2003. He graduated from Denham Springs High School in 2006 and attended LSU in Baton Rouge.

Joe was a husband and father dedicated to serving his family. He enjoyed watching his children play sports and participate in their many activities. He was an avid LSU fan and loved going to LSU football games with his wife and children. He enjoyed cooking for his family and friends.

Joe was an active member of Jefferson Baptist Church. He was an Account Manager for BBP Sales, Inc., where he was employed since 2008.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Keith Williams, and paternal grandparents, Earl & Mary Ruth Hamilton.

Those left to treasure his memory are his wife of 13 years, Kori Cart Hamilton, and their 4 children – Pierson Martin (12), Foster Wright (10), Crawford Benjamin (8), and Greer Georgia (6). He is also survived by his parents, Randy and Vivian Hamilton of Clearwater, FL, mother-in-law, Elizabeth Martin of Baton Rouge, grandmother, Darlene Roberts of Winchester, IN, one brother, Joshua Hamilton (Jordana) of El Paso, TX, and two sisters, Lisa Miller (Zach) of Saratoga Springs, UT, and Livia Hamilton (Jacob Johnson) of Provo, UT, as well as a host of aunts and uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers honored to serve are Joshua Hamilton, Todd Spell, Damon Daigle, Derek Foreman, Benjamin Odom, Tony Arellano, Ryan Johnson and Clay Wales. Honorary pallbearers are Pierson Hamilton, Foster Hamilton, and Crawford Hamilton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Jefferson Baptist Church until the service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Serenity Oaks Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family through Jefferson Baptist Church (please designate “For the Hamilton Family,” and send to 9135 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, LA 70809).
