Ludwig “Lu” Steven Belle

Ludwig “Lu” Steven Belle, 74, of Ethel, LA, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023. He was a native of Central, LA and a 1967 graduate of Central High School. Lu loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing, but truly loved being around his family, especially his “best buddy” and only grandchild, Luke. He is survived by his daughters and their husbands, Tuesdai and Jeff Miller, and Tamron and Kirt Allen; grandson, Luke Allen; mother of his children, Elaine Belle; brothers, John Belle (Debra) and Jack Belle; sister, Jana Peal; his beloved dog, Free; as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claybert and Janet Belle; and brothers-in-law, Mitchell Peal and Michael Caillais. The family will hold a celebration of Lu’s life at a later date.
