Dolores Marie Roberts

Dolores Marie Roberts was born on January 21, 1938 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She passed away on January 13, 2024 in Denham Springs, Louisiana at the age of 85. Dolores was an extraordinary woman. To know her was to love her, she was a mawmaw to many. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. She also loved cooking, bowling, and playing bingo. Her faith and love for the Lord was strong and she loved to attend mass. She will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children Carlo Cangelosi (wife Shannon), Christie Dedon (husband Ronnie), Kenneth Roberts Jr., Richie Roberts (wife Roxanne), Terry Roberts (wife Rebekah) and Kimberly Roberts. Her grandchildren Jessica Millet (Ronnie, Jade, and Chase), Dara Wilson (Neal and Lofton), Brandy Jarreau (Josh, Adrianna and Grayson), Bryan Dedon, Kayla Doyle (Russell, Hagan and Dylan), Brandon Piper, Brittney Roberts (Auden, Ansen and Adalynn), Ty, Trey and Riley Roberts. She is also survived by her sisters Joyce Landry and Rita Roberts. She is preceded in death by her parents Anthony P. Cangelosi Sr. and Vernice Mary Cangelosi, her brothers S.J. Cangelosi, Anthony P. Cangelosi Jr. and Marion Al Cangelosi, and her son Robert Roberts. Visitation will take place at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Thursday January 18, 2024 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM with service starting at 1 PM and burial to follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Chase Millet, Bryan Dedon, Hagan Doyle, Ty Roberts, Trey Roberts, Ronnie Millet, Russell Doyle, and Josh Jarreau. Honorary pallbearers will be Lofton Wilson and Grayson Jarreau.
