Juanita A. Burns

Juanita A. Burns passed away on April 23, 2024 at the age of 80. She was born on May 11, 1943 in New Orleans, Louisiana and was an avid gardener with a green thumb.

She is survived by her sons James Smith and John Smith, sister Diana Weinstein, grandchild Dean Smith, great-grandchildren Ashely Flick Bicks, nieces Angela Branyon, Ginger Burke, Janet Krail, Audrey Krail, Connie Krail, and Laura Mcintosh, nephew Jason Canon, honorary nephew Chris Branyon, great niece and nephews AJ, Adam, Arianna, Austin, Anthony, Allison, and Alyssa, and great great nieces and nephews, Abigail, Jaxon, Gavin, Emma, Caroline, Laila, and Wilder. These kids surrounded her in everyday life. They loved and adored her and she loved every minute with them.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dino Burns, siblings Audry Broussard, Dorthy Krail, Melvin Broussard, and Dalton Broussard.
