Martha Janette Gibson

Martha Janette Gibson born in Scotland and a resident of Baton Rouge passed away May 3, 2024 at the age of 72. She was a social worker for the state of Louisiana for over 30 years. She will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her brother Bruce Gibson, her sister-in-law Sandy Gibson, her niece Samantha Gibson and nephew Adam Gibson. She is preceded in death by her parents Glenn and Verna Gibson, sister Susan Gibson and brother Paul Gibson, as well as her sister-in-law Penny Gibson. Per Martha’s wishes there will be no services. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
