Billy Ray Collins, a resident of Hammond passed away May 19, 2024 at the age of 42. Billy enjoyed spending his time riding his motorcycle and was a proud member of the Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club. He was a hard worker and owned his own business- All Pro Scales and Equipment. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife of 10 years Victoria Collins, his children Destiny Collins, Presley Shearin, step-son Eric Barker, his mother Cindy Collins (Paul), step-brothers Sam Collins, Warren Collins, Kevin Collins, step-sister Shelly Belk and biological father Charlie Story. He is also survived by his motorcycle brothers, who were not only friends, but family too. He is preceded in death by his father Jim Collins.
A last ride will be held at a later date by his motorcycle brothers as a celebration of his life.
