Helen Joyce Bass

Helen Joyce Bass passed away at the age of 75 on June 2, 2024. She was born in Clinton, Louisiana on April 19, 1949. She worked as a beautician and a weighmaster in the trucking industry. Helen enjoyed gardening with her flowers, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by husband Roger Dale Bass, father Carl Watson Womack, mother Iva Lee Venable Womack, sisters Sylvia Jeanette Pace, Gladys Marie Bass, and Sidney Ray Womack.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to either the SPCA organization or to St. Jude.

There will be a service held at Bethany Baptist Church on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM with an inurnment to follow at Bass Family Cemetery.
