Myrtle Jenkins Talley

Myrtle Jenkins Talley passed at her Denham Springs home on June 23, 2024 at the age of 92. She was born in Enon, Louisiana on August 10, 1931 and graduated from both high school and trade school before working as a telephone operator, secretary, and eventually as a homemaker for her family. She enjoyed spending her time creating art and painting, gardening, and listening to gospel music.

She is survived by her sons Robert Kevin Talley and David Brian Talley, and brothers Don Jenkins and Richard Jenkins.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jack Darwin Talley and daughter Cathy Lynn Talley.

There will be a visitation held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, Louisiana on July 5, 2024 from 9:00am to 11:00am with a service starting at 11:00am and the burial to follow at Greenoaks Cemetery at 12:00pm.
