My condolences to Kathie’s family, friends and her Wynona family. I’m still in shock. She was such a sweet and caring person, always looking out for her Momma. She always reached out to me at church. I still have a hand written note that she gave me, simply letting me know she was praying for me. Prayers for all. She is definitely in God’s hands now. 🙏 🦋

To Kathie’s family. Keeping you all in thoughts and prayers. Kathie was such a sweet soul and will truly be missed. I’ll share a poem with you that our minister shared with my family when my father passed in 1977. I hold this poem dear. It has a beautiful message. May God hold you and keep you all safely in the Palm of His hand.
God Bless
The Weave
My Life is but a weaving between my Lord and me;
I cannat choose the colors He worketh steadily.
Oft times He weaveth sorrow and I, in foolish pride, Forget He sees the upper, and I the under side.
Not til the loom is silent and the shuttles cease to fly, Shall God unroll the canvas and explain the reason why.
The dark threads are as needful In the Weaver’s skillful hand, As the threads of gold and silver In the pattern He has planned.
He knows, He loves, He cares, Nothing this tuth can dim. He gives His very best to those Who leave the choice with Him.

Kathie was such a beautiful person inside and out! I love her from our first conversation because her love for others just resonated my soul. I love you Kathie and grateful for our friendship through Wynonna and Wynation. We may have just chatted through the group and fb, but you will always be remembered and will always have a place in my heart. RIP beautiful Angel! Next time I see a butterfly, I’ll know it’s you.
