Born on the twenty-ninth day of December in the year of our Lord 2006 in Frederick, Maryland, her royal highness personified unwavering kindness, immeasurable happiness, and the perfect amount of sass. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Brenda and Vincent Hotard. The queen’s royal carriage will be placed to rest by pallbearers Mark Hotard, Jordan Hooper, Kent Hooper, Neal Hooper, Curtis Hotard, and Eric Dixon.

In lieu of flowers, her royal highness kindly requests that any minions wishing to make donations do so to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation and by also respectfully jamming to Taylor Swift in honor of her majesty. The Queen’s family wishes to abundantly thank all the teachers, caretakers, and medical professionals who have proven loyal to Riley throughout her reign.

Visitation will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 25367 Riverton Avenue in Denham Springs, Louisiana on Monday, July 8 at 9:30 am to 11:00 am. We are so sorry. Riley was a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul. Although we know she is in the loving arms of those who passed before and her Heavenly Father it doesn’t take away the pain of being without her on earth. We love you Jeff and Kelly.

What a beautiful obituary. I pray God’s blessings of peace, love, hope, and faith to be with all of Queen Rileys family. Memories are one of God’s greatest gifts to us, but the greatest is the Atonement, through which all eternal gifts are freely given.
