Albert (Al) Reardon, Jr. of Amite, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024 at the age of 83 with his beloved wife Debi of 37 years by his side at North
Oaks Memorial Hospital in Hammond, LA. He was born October 23, 1940 in Jonesville, LA. He was a graduate of Block High School in Jonesville, LA,
He proudly served in the US Navy with the highest rank achieved a Petty Officer Second Class from May 1958 through August 1961. He was a member of the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) for many years. He enjoyed horses, gardening, cooking, LSU sports and especially LSU baseball! He is survived by his wife Deborah (Debi) Reardon; his children Vivian and husband Bric Allen of Walker, LA; Sheila Cangelosi of Mobile, AL; Pat and Joy Mason of
Columbia, MS; and Rob and Jaime Mason of Fuguay-Varina, NC. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren JB, Sara and husband Steven, Summer, Cody, Reilly, Caleb, Logan, Taylor, Ty, Layton, Shelby, and Conner; 4 great grandchildren Seth, Autumn, Khai, and Drew. He is survived by 3 sisters Ruth Hall, Sally and husband Matt Clark, and Judy and husband Randy Chipman; numerous nieces and nephews; He is also survived by his loyal and trusting blue heeler, Jack. He is preceded in death by parents Albert Sr and Ordia Reardon; son, Keith Reardon; siblings, Ralph Reardon, Jack Reardon, Annette Jenkins, Leonard Reardon, and Linda Ryan. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home Denham Springs on July 15, 2024 beginning at 9:00AM. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM. Burial will follow in Serenity Oaks Memorial Park in Prairieville, LA. Special thanks to our nephew, Tony Reardon for his love and support to the Reardon family during this trying time. Thank you to the staff of North Oaks Hospital and the Lodge at Tangi Pines for their dedication and kindness.
